No Returns or Exchanges

LU’AY Couture does not offer returns or exchanges on any item. Each piece is designed and crafted to meet the individual preferences and measurements of the client.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided for our records. Upon verification, we will arrange a repair of the affected item.

Please note that exchanges or refunds are not offered for damaged items.
